Returns and Exchanges

At THESTYLEJewelry, we want you to love your new piece. But if for any reason it’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from exchanges — we’ll let you know during the process if that applies.

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at hello@thestylejewels with your order number and a brief message. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We want to make things right as quickly as possible.

To help us resolve the issue effectively, please send us photos or videos of the item you received. Our team carefully inspects and checks each package before shipping to ensure everything is accurate and in perfect condition.

Cancels

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, your order will already be in progress and cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, such as adjusting a size or switching a product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a ten percent restocking fee. This fee helps cover the materials and time already dedicated to preparing your order, and it is not negotiable.
